Located on the site of a former military base, the Chassé Park apartments form part of the OMA urban plan that consists of a new public park with a housing density similar to that of the city centre. The five towers are located on top of a parking ring that surrounds a sunken inner garden with their relative positions being determined by factors such as the views outwards and inwards, exposure to sunlight, the layout of the parking ring and garden and the transparency of the composition.
