The buildings purpose is to meet the needs of The Association of Municipalities Tolerance. The building is located in the outskirts of Sofia, in the residential area Boyana at the foot of the Mountain Vitosha. The building has ten guest rooms, six apartments and one representative VIP apartment.

The architectural project sticks to the idea of genuine relation between the building and its environment. Not only between the building and the direct physical environment though, but also in broad outline - between the building and the regional context, between the building, the historical context and the context of local traditions.
